What is the Half.com return and refund process?

I actually requested for refund a couple of days ago. The book I got doesn't have the same condition as what the seller claimed. I contacted the seller and tried to settle it in private, but it didn't work out. So I contact half.com through email in Jan. It took them over a month to reply, saying that as long the book is still in the same condition, I can send it to the seller using USPS delivery confirmation within 7 days starting from their customer service email date. After the book is delivered, you need to reply to this email with USPS tracking number. So basically, they will check if this book is delivered to the seller and then issue you refund (purchase price + 1st shipping cost + up to 3.99 2nd shipping cost).

I actually just got their email that the money is transfered, but it takes 24 hours to appear on my half.com account and 7 business days to transfered to your credit card account.

I was a pain to wait for replies from their customer service, but after that, it went pretty efficient. Hope it helps!
