Returns.
Today i was charged 205 for not sending back my textbooks. I have been trying to call the customer service number but i have been hung up on several times. I have no problem returning the textbooks if i will be refunded the money. I would like to talk to a representative as soon as possible.

Customer service reps should certainly not hang up on you. You might call back and immediately ask for a supervisor...OR...use the following corporate contact information:
