Getting Money Back
i bought an item online and i placed the order. i got a confirmation email sent that said everything is okay. ten minutes later the seller that sold me the book said that she didn't have the book anymore and said that she's new and has no idea how to give me my money back. what should i tell her so that she can refund me my money for the item that she doesn't own anymore but is still on the site? -thanks
