Status Of Order

I ordered an item on 1/12/2012 and the confirmation emal was sent to the wrong email address.  Can you please resend the confirmation email so I know that the order has been placed?  May email address is [email protected].  It was for a book order and the price is $33.49.  Please respond ASAP because I need this book right away.  Thank you.

Barbara, when there is a problem between you and the Seller, you need to contact the Seller directly.

While this answer is too late to help you with (probably) the text book you need, I would like to provide the links you need should you again purchase on Half.com

  1. Buying-Order information which includes contacting the seller. Your credit card company will have some of that information but you can also see a record of the purchase at Half.com.
  2. Sign in at the Half.com website.  
  3. Next go to My Account - a tab at the top of the page
  4. Once at your My Account page you will see Buying in the left column. Select Purchases.
  5. You will see your purchases in reverse chronological order.  Make your selection.
  6. Click the number next to the Seller's user ID. This will take you to the page where you can Contact Member from the quick links on the right
  7. Another thing you can do from the Purchases page is to click the #number below the Seller ID - that will give you the shipping name and address.
  8. From that original Sale info page you will also see a line which says: Click here to view shipment information. It will open in a separate little box.

Whatever you do, don't put out personal information on a public page - there is usually a form to do that which should be protected by an https security.  Check the URL at the top of the page. These HelpOwl pages are not https://

I hope your book arrived safely and on time despite the email mixup.
