Washing Machine Model: Ha 655 Tme

My Haier Washing Machine model: HA 655 TME is faulty since November 2016. On repeated complaints to service centre, few SR is as follows:MU20170605102637MU20170613106149MU20170626103414MU20170908103480The technician attending complaints had almost replaced few parts like PCB, Door lock, Motor... on trial and error basis his different visits (God knows whether the replaced parts were working ??). The existing PCB replaced by the technician, is 'short' (told by local private technician) and can be noticed very well. I was even asked by one of he senior technician to sent the machine to work shop for through check so the vehicle was also sent, and the man asked me to lift the machine from my first floor flat to the vehicle, which I refused due to my health problem.Moreover, we were advised by the technician to buy new washing and said that the spare parts of model: HA 655 TME is not available at all. After every visit of the technician, I used to receive SMS from Haier saying " Your SR has been cancelled as you refused to pay service cost and if not satisfied then SMS 'NO' to Which is absolutely 'FAKE", I had never refused to pay the service charges. In fact, at one occasion I had paid service charges through Cheque, for which I had bank details as proof. To every message received from Haier, the counter message of NO was send to yet no action. Will any look into the matter and help.
