Washing Machine Hms800tve Door Won't Open After Wash
My Washing Machine Model HMS800TVE Door won't open after a Wash. I have run the Rinse Option Again, following which I have run the Drain Option like thrice. All to no avail. Please advice

Hi. The machine will not open if:
1. There is still a measure of water still present (due to a defect drainage).
2. Or if the door lock has failed.
In either case, you will have to open up the machine from the back... to get started.
