Hpy08xcm Error Code Fl (even After Draining)

A/C Unit is 1 year old, runs for less than 10 minutes, shuts down and flashes "FL" error code.Manual says FL = Full, pull the drain plug and empty into a shallow 1 Quart pan. Barely a 1/4 cup of water dribbles out. Plug back in and restart, same results as before. Runs for 10 minutes, shuts down displaying FL code. It eventually restarts after a few minutes, but goes into protection mode again within minutes. Very Frustrating! (All filters are clean)

FL = Filter check warning - press and hold the "Mode" and "down" buttons for 3-5 seconds
