Greetings - You need to download an unlocking tool that runs on a computer and use it to unlock your phone (connected via usb a cable) - Here is a thread on a similar issue -

You can otherwise take the phone to your nearest phone repairs shop to have this done for you if you feel it's too much for your background. Hope this helps
