I Choose To Lock My Simscard How Do I Unlock Simscard Or Recieve Pin To Unlocksi

i locked thesimacard in my tmobile HTC MYTOUCH 4G I DID THIS BY ENTERING,/SECURETY/SIMSCARDLOCK..AND CHECKED BOX NEXT TO LOCK SIMS I NEED HELP UNLOCKING NOW.
