How Can I Reach A Customer Service Rep?

I Have Used Google, Google+, Chrome, and Gmail, for years.Each Account Opened when ever it was, on what ever devise I was on at the time.I've had to or chosen to change a password from time to time for what ever App it was.CURRENTLY on my mobile devise I Can access my Accounts [at least 3, IDK about Google+] But can NEVER Gain Access to Any of the Accounts From Any Other Devises!Always Attempt to use the Password Recovery process- Which has worked before...This past year every time I've tried to access my accounts from a PC, I end up at Password Recovery- on the occasions I have gained access- its been with Google texts to my phone.I've had to RESET my password so many times, I Have NO idea what my Password might be.And Why Do I Fail NOW? Because I HIT a Road Block in the process with " ENTER AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT GOOGLE CAN SENT MY PASSWORD HELP TO" BUT IT CAN'T BE MY GMAIL !!WHAT HAPPENED TO SENDING A CODE VIA TEXT TO MY PHONE???I NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP !! Not an automated Help App that SUCKS!No other options to continue on with Password Recovery, No Contact Us, No BACK button And No Access to any of my Google Accounts From Anywhere But My Cell Phone - Which is over 2 yrs old and is on its last leg with a cracked screen.

Hello, unfortunately Google does not make it easy to talk to a live person. GetHuman.com says you can call 650-253-0000, but it is an automated line and you may not have any luck getting through to a customer service rep. Another number to try is 650-623-4000 (from ContactCustomerServiceNow.com).

A better option may be to post your question in the Google Product Forums. These online forums are places where users can post questions and problems, and experts (both Google employees and non-Google employees) will try to help. Some of the people that answer questions in these forums are very knowledgeable, and often they can help. Post your question with as much detail as possible, and hopefully they will resolve your login problem.
