Contacting Google For Customer Service

"Hi there, I am an insignificant consumer and have a question to ask Google but do u think that I an insignificant consumer was able to contact Google and ACTUALLY TALK to a customer service person. I did not think it was going to be such a huge mission to try and do this. Then I realised that such a large corporation as Google would not be concerned with customer relations as I do not have "an account of a certain size" so my voice does not count! So if there is anyone out there in cyberspace that can actually tell me how I get to talk to a customer service agent at Google please let me know!!! Yes I did try to contact the Sydney office but of course the robot just kept taking me back to the main menu. So IF anyone cares enough to contact me, then I will convey my question to them. Sorry to say, Google does not generally offer customer service by phone. You'll probably need to find the appropriate help section, and choose the best canned question to send. If as is likely the answer doesn't satisfy, you'll have the opportunity to reply to the answer with a further question.
