Laptop Not Booting
Gigabyte Q1742 power light is on but computer is not booting, I have tried removing the battery and power and holding down the power button with no success, tried even removing the RAM and I did not succeed and even without the Hard drive it still has no life..not even. How can this be resolved?

So may be it is related with display the problem is with the display you can check here what else you need to check
