My Genie Power Max 1500 Has Both Light Solid Red.

If I press the program button the small light turns blue for about 2-3 seconds then goes out and the long light begins to flash purple. They flash for awhile, then the lights both go back to solid red. I cannot get anything to functio

What does the red light on my Genie garage door opener mean?

On most Genie models these LED lights are off under normal operating conditions. ... For example, if both LEDs are a steady red, this means that the limits are not properly set and need to be reprogrammed.
