How Do I Get My Camera (ge X5 Digital) Out Of 'forced Flash: Off' Mode?

I can't get the flash to come on... Every time I press the flash button, it says "forced flash off".

I had that problem too! there is a little button on the side of the camera right next to the flash thing that pops up. press the button and the flash will turn on. it didn't say it in the instructions. Your welcome!
