Part Of Dryer Broken-

The part that is broken and needs replacing is not the lint filter or the piece of plastic that slips out to hold the filter in place, but rather the plastic piece that the holder is mounted on. It has broken down over time and is not staying in place because of broken pieces of plastic. Please tell me you have a part to sell, and if you do I would like to buy a few parts. Hi Tony,

We had the same problem. We bought that piece of plastic at a store in Brampton by calling 1-800-561-3344 and going through the process of getting referred to a store that sells the part. The piece has now broken a second time, and I tried to call on a Saturday at 4. The answering service indicated they were closed, though their hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 7PM and Saturdays until 6pm.

Use the number and you will get through, though apparently not on a Saturday afternoon.
