Not Working

the oven digital control panel is not working.  response only from clear and start.  NO, the panel is not manually locked.  what do you think the problem could be?  how do i troubleshoot?

i just fixed ours by taking apart the back of the oven on top and i discovered that the circuit board had become dislodged from one of the clips holding it in place- we could only get the decrease button to press- this was for a magic chef but you might try it on your brand-just had to press it back into place- easy breezy for this gal-- saved myself at least $150 per the local appliance store--woohoo!!
