Setting Up
I don't know if I'm asking the question under the right washer but I'm in Afghanistan and my wife is having trouble unpacking her new GE washer. she was told at the store that there was a bar that supported the drum to keep it from shifting during shipping. they told her to pull a tage connected to it and the support bar would come out. when she pulled it, the tag came off and the bar fell inside.....from the best she could explain to me over the phone. is there any kind of manuals or instructions that i can access on the web to help her?...or can you help in any other way. My hands are tied being several thousand miles away.
