How to minimize vibration in the washer

It is very important to make sure this machine is level both front to back and side to side. Once you have it level, lock the legs in place with the lock nuts on all four legs. Also, if your washer is on a wooden framed floor vs a concrete slab floor, you may need to set the washer on a sheet of 3/4 inch plywood for extra floor support. These are heavy machines when full of water and clothes and need alot of floor support.  If the washer has been in place for some time and the vibration just started, you may need new shocks. Also note that when the bearing is going bad, this will make it shake alot and the washer will need to be replaced.
