Ge Power Vent Heater Doesnt Turn On

I HAVE A GE POWER VENT HEATER MODEL # GG40T06PVK00 WITH THE INTELLI-VENT THERMESTAT. THE HEATER DOES NOT TURN ON , THERES NO LIGHTS ON THE INTELLI- VENT, PUT THERE IS POWER TO THE UNIT. HELP..
