My Ge Profile Gas Dryer Does Not Heat Up.

Hi I have a ge profile gas dryer model dpvh880gjmv. It does not heat up but everything else seems fine. I checked the error codes and it says E12 - drum motor....but the drum is spinning fine.I took the top off and peered down while it was running to look down the sides to see if I could see a glow - nothing. Don't want to really take the front and bottom off unless I know what I am up against.Any next steps on trouble shooting? Where is the igniter located? Can I pop out one of the round exhaust areas to look in the sides? Which side?Thanksrob kagan

If the gas dryer runs but does not heat, check the following: Make sure you have the right timer selection, fabric setting, and temperature selection. The timer should be set to dry and not fluff or cool down. Move timer pointer to mid-range selection.
