Receiving Calls (caller Id Numbers)

Please help me. When I receive a phone call, never appears the caller ID number and I am subscribed to phone service for caller id's and also my bill is payed, also my code area is 504, and the cord/cable is well plugged. What it is wrong? I need to identify who is calling me and it doesnt appears anything.

Hello,

According to the user Manuel, in order for the telephone numbers to appear on the caller id, you need to have the telephone use Alkaline batteries. If you use any other type of batteries then the telephone numbers will not display on the telephone.
