I suspect the OP has found his answer. But for future questions;
For a ZX4665G-UW31, the LCD panel make/model/rev is a Innolux M195FGE L23 Rev.C1. They will cost you between $70 and $110. Just Google and you will find many listings.
The backlight can be replaced, but no replacement part seller offers OEM backlights, only whole LCD panels. There were a couple floating around at one point, but wasn't able to find any myself.
Reference; Me; Replaced the backlight itself with another backlight I had taken out of a fried laptop.
