Noisy Fan.

After failed MB was replaced the fan is always on high. Is there a way to adjust the fan?

boot into BIOS (Press Delete) after computer beeps while turning on.

and press F9 to load default values.

If your computer fails to boot after loading default values, go back to BIOS and look for a SATA setting, it might be set to RAID or AHCI, set it to the opposite it was.
