Blinking Power Light Gatewat Dx4710

new power supply why is the power light still blinking

This have nothing to do with the power supply: Either the RAMs and or PCU are not correctly installed or one could be dead.

Turn off the computer and unplug it.

Remove and re-install the processor and the Rams ( Do this only if you are out of warranty but if still covered under warranty' report the matter)
