Master Reset (hard Reset) Gpsmap 5012/5015

How do I "Master Reset" (hard reset) GPSMAP 5012 or 5015? I do not mean the menu selection to reset back to factory setting as described on p104.My device is stuck and will not turn on beyond the GARMIN logo screen! I need a physical way to reset the thing. Thanks for the help.
