Signal Vor 1 In The Rmi #1 And #2 Not Present.

signal vor 1 in the RMI #1 and #2 not present. but in HSI yes signal and not output 28vdc from this GAD 42 to RMI from pin 4 to pin (q). I dont know from comming this voltage?
