How Can I Download A Gpsx File (track) Onto My Garmin Etrex 20 Device

Have recently bought an etrex 20 GPS (Live in New Zealand) and would like to down load the "Te Araroa" trail (A GPSX File free download available from the Te Araroa website), the map at moment in the GPS device is the "Topo4GPShunt" map (New Zealand).

Hi. Navigate to the ecological integrity monitoring page for your area on the WDFW website. For this tutorial I will use Scatter Creek WLA for an example. The link to that page is as follows:

Near the bottom of that page, you will see links to data files under Survey Location Data. We are interested in saving the GPX files to your computer so that you can upload them to the Garmin eTrex 20. Right click the GPX file and select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As". Save the GPX file to a location on your computer that you will remember.
