My 2009 Arcadia Headlights On Highbeam

the highbeam on the driver side do not shine out as far as the one on the passanger side. It acts like that is out of adjusttment but the dealer checked and readjusted and it made no difference. I was wondering if that is a common thing in the 2009 Acadia have. Thanks

No, the dealer never checked it.The bulb is not sitting in the headlight assembly all the way.If it's not snapped in all the way,it will shine downward.Have them check that.
