Fkch17f7hw Convertible Freezer/refrigerator's Display Is Blank.It Doesn't Cool
My 2 yr. old FKCH17F7HW convertible freezer/refrigerator is set as a refrigerator. It stopped working, and the Refrigerator Temperature Control display is blank. Only the interior light works. The rocker switch is set for refrigerator.However, if I change the rocker switch to the Freezer position, the freezer works, and it's temperature control display shows the correct number.When the unit was first delivered and installed, the Refrigerator Temperature Control was found to be defective. A new part was ordered, and it was installed.Has this refrigerator temperature control become defective, as well? Or, is the problem likely to be elsewhere?

This is definitely a situation I would suggest to have a service pro look at. You could have an issue with the temp control or the control board itself. It is very hard to diagnose via internet or the phone on this one. Try to contact Frigidaire at 1-888-203-1389 M-Sat 8a-8p EST for more discussion and options.
