What Is The Difference Between A Circuit Board And A Control Panel?

Stovetop works, covection/oven and keypad don't.  We have to turn off circuit breaker to get it to stop beeping.  We Had A Power Failure And Now My Oven Nor My Touchpad Work. We Have Unplugged We have a Frigidaire professional series convection/oven FPCS3085LF

Well the terminology can be somewhat the same. A control board is the brains of the unit. This is the circuit board that everything connects to with wires and wiring harnesses. A control panel can be the display panel that you touch to set temperatures, times, etc on. Usually the control panel is referring to the digital display. The control board is the circuit board inside the unit.
