Can't Get Temp Cont. To Set To 0 And 34 .had 5 Beeps And Tried To Reset Its 23@6

Just started beeping , 5 beeps like the door was open. but it was not . the temp control reads 23 for the freezer and the refrige reads 65, tried to reset bu it keeps going back to the 23 and 65. already unplug it and turn the power off. any help would be helpful.

Good Afternoon cincoon49, thank you for your inquiry! When the refrigerator is beeping or buzzing, it may be a warning sign of a possible malfunction or an unsafe, interior temperature. To silence the beeping, you can depress the ALARM OFF button. However, if you have already done this, and unplugged the unit, etc and the temperature is rising, it could possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the temperature control/board or wiring failure.

I am fairly confident that an authorized service agent will be able to restore your appliance to its normal operating condition. You can often locate a qualified service technician on the manufacturer website.
