Can Not Get The Display To Stay At 0 It Keeps Going To 15 Help

how do i get the display for freezer to  stay at 0. when i change it to 0 it goesback to 14 or 15 everytime.

It will always go to the temperature that is inside the unit. If it never changes, then contact a professional to see if the control panel or board is your culprit.
