Hello trferrill - Make sure you have also cleaned behind the toe grille at the bottom/front of the unit. If the unit is not cooling, check to see if you hear or feel the compressor running. If you do not, contact a service professional immediately. If you do, and it is not cooling you may have a coolant leak or an issue with the internal sealed system of the unit and need a professional still. Try to clean it first however and make sure no vent on the inside of the unit is blocked by food items.
