Washer Gone Wacko - Not Cycling Properly.

As stated in the  title - drains but doesn't go into spin cycle - starts filling again.  Will spin at times if I set it manually but during the middle of spin cycle, water comes in again.  Wacko!

Good Morning christopherschoff, thank you for your inquiry! According to the model number posted above, FTW3014KW your unit is a top load washer. Therefore based on the symptoms you are describing it sounds like the unit may possibly have a faulty timer. Let’s try resetting the washer. This can either be done by either unplugging or flipping the household circuit breaker. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn the unit back on. If resetting the power to the appliance does not correct the issue, then in this regard, I would suggest contacting an Authorized Service Technician that will be able to assist you in the exact diagnosis of the appliance.
