Hello patewers –Washer may possibly have a damaged or cracked tub or bearing which will need further diagnosing from a certified technician. If your unit is a front load washer try cleaning out the coin or filter trap to see if any debris has clogged the drain lines. These instructions may or may not be specifically for your model, however these are generics instructions that I found.

1. Unplug the washer

2. Pull the washer out to tilt it back so you can

reach the screws below the front panel and

remove it. (You will need something to catch

the water once the hose is removed from

   the bottom of washer)

3. Loosen the bolt with the sliver clamp on the

bottom of the washer. The water will begin to

come out while your loosening the clamp. (Do

   not remove any GREEN clamps)

4. Once the water is out, you can stick your hand

inside the hose to clean it out.
