Gd-21 Fridge - Fridge Part Is Warm, Had Power Outage (sandy) 3 Wks

fridge part is warm, freezer is cold, had power outage 3 weeks... does the unit need "reconditioning" - maybe water went somewhere and now froze? just what I'm thinking... any tips / help is appreciated

From what you have described, with this side by side unit, the damper switch or damper door is faulty. The freezer section of the unit is actually what powers and cools the refrigeration side. If this is not working you could lose food in both sections eventually. Contact a professional to have this repaired.
