Frs12pys1 Heat Side Of Heat Pump Not Running

We have H5 on indoor unit display, the mother board in outside unit has yellow light flashing four times and Red light flashing eight times. Unit works in cooling mode but won't work in heat mode. There is no explanation for eight flashes of the red light in code decipher badge. Yellow light and H5 code coincide. Anyone have any ideas?
