Heating

I HAVE A NEW FRA12EZU2 AIR CONDITIONER UNIT AND THE COMPRESSOR DOES NOT RUN IN THE HEAT MODE ONLY THE HEAT STRIP WORKS , iT IS 40 HEAR TODAY BUT ONLY THE HEAT STRIP IS WORKING NO REVERSE CYCLE OR COMPRESSOR . THIS IS A HEAT PUMP ISEN'T IT. THANKS- [email protected]

It is either the heat pump or element in this unit. Contact your manufacturer these units usually have a limited 2nd-5th year warranty that may save you some expense.
