Air Cond. Works Fine The Fan Only Blows Cold Air In The Heat Mode. Unit Won't He

Purchased new portable room air cond. in 2015. Air cond. works just fine but the heat mode only blows cold air. I am trying to find a repair manual so I can trouble shoot the unit and see why it isn't working.

I haven't been able to find an available service manual, but the video at http://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/Dehumidifier-Repair-Help may point you to a solution. Good luck!
