Good Afternoon Friend,

I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire oven making a popping sound when you go to heat the oven or start your burners. I also see that there are holes inside the oven after you ran a self-clean. This is not safe in any way. I suggest contacting a local authorized technician to come out and diagnose your appliance. They will be able to see what is causing the popping sound and what might have caused the holes in your oven. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
