Removal Of Maintop:

I have to replace the right and left rear ignitors. I removed all screws to burners. I pushed the clips holding the maintop for release to remove maintop, the maintop would not come off. What other procedures are there in maintop removal for this model? I followhed the procedure via Youtube, everything worked fine until it was time to push in clips. I pushed in the clips, the maintop still didn't come off as if a screw or something is still holding on to the maintop. What should I check or do next?

es, the maintop 316254501 is the correct replacement listed for your model. You'll need to remove the grates, burner caps, and burner heads from the existing top. You'll need to remove the wiring to the igniters/burners before removing the existing top. The top will lift up and unhinge from the back. Install in reverse order.
