FGGC3047QBG is there recall? Knobs turn on easily with no flame releasing gas!

There's no recall for the FPEC3085K.

Check the following:

Burner caps are seated properly.

Moisture may be present after cleaning.

Burner slots or ports are not clogged.

Surface knob may be set too high.
