Electric Burner Goes To High Heat Without Being Turned On

my Model FPEC3085KS starts on it's own. We have to shut off the breaker to reset the power control. Our unit is less than 3 years old an so far has not started a fire., but this has happened twice. It has one burner that just starts on it own, no control over shutting it off without cutting the power from circuit breaker

Other people have had the same problem. It seems like the probable culprit is the relay power control board. These two forum posts give more information about it:
