what does it mean when the ice and water dispenser at led temperature screens instead of reading the temperatures in digits it displays these two [sy] and [ce]?

Hi. This indicates a communication error at start/power up. Normally caused by loose connection between the 'Control board' and 'User Interface'. Otherwise, either one of the two said parts may have failed.
