Fault Code 13 Will Not Clear

You have a bad connection with the EEPROM and control board. Technicians would typically disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If fault returns upon power-up, replace EOC - electronic oven control board. At that point, the issue turns into a non-DIY job. Contact your manufacturer to go further safely.
