High Pitched Noise Just Started When Rinsing And Washing.

There is a high pitched squeaking noise that randomly takes place during the wash and rinse cycle. Usually it sounds when the blades shoot water or change motion--not sure which one--but sometimes more frequently. Is this supposed to happen or am I just being overly critical? Basically is the sound supposed to be consistent the whole time  the wash and rinse cycles are on? Thanks

Hello Anonymous-111967 – Depending on your particular unit, it can be normal to hear a noticeable change in sound when the wash action switches between the lower and middle spray arm since each spray arm has its own sound. However, if the noise is more like a rattling or grinding sound, then I would recommend reaching out to a professional to accurately diagnose the drain motor and pump. If you feel that there may be some other issue occurring, feel free to go to the manufacture website where you can easily locate a service provider in your area.
