Good Morning No3putts, thank you for allowing me to assist you!

Let’s try resetting your wine cooler. This can be done by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn the unit on. If the error code does not clear, then the unit more than likely may be experiencing an issue with the control board or a potential wiring failure. Is your appliance still in warranty? If so, you might want to reach out directly to the manufacturer because it is a smaller appliance, and repairs are often more costly than the actual unit replacement to determine your coverage and verify if there is any potential remedy in that regard.

Best of luck!
