Refrigerator Keep Beeping, No Temps Are Displayed

We had a power outage last night and when the power came back on, the refridgerator started beeping at 1 second intervals. The temp is not displayed, the compressor does not run, just a continual beeping sound. I'm assuming there is a problem with the control panel, but not sure. Need help quick though, both freezer and fridge are full of food! Thanks in advance!
