Freezer Won't Hold Temp (goes Up To 13 Degree When Set At -5)

From the information you have provided your Frigidaire refrigerator is not holding temperature properly in the freezer. I understand that you set it to -5 degrees and the temperature will rise up to 13 degrees this could be a possible issue with your control panel or thermostat. I would suggest performing a reset on your refrigerator and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for at least ten minutes. If that does not help to correct your issue you may need to seek assistance from a professional technician and you can locate a technician by visiting your manufacturer's website.
