My Door Ajar Alarm Will Not Go Off

Hello Sjbrawdy - Typically when the refrigerator is beeping or buzzing it indicates a warning of a possible malfunction or an unsafe temperature inside. Usually to silence the buzzer, press the ALARM OFF button. However, if you have already done so try unplugging the unit or flipping the household circuit breaker off to reprogram it. Wait approximately ten minutes and if it proves to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately. The refrigerator could possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the temperature control/board or wiring failure.
